Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins in Arusha! After a delicious lunch, set off for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds. Imagine exploring the park’s diverse landscapes – seasonal swamps, sprawling savannas, and the life-giving Tarangire River – all from the open roof of your vehicle. Keep your eyes peeled for a dazzling array of wildlife – zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, graceful giraffes, and of course, the park’s iconic elephants.
With a bit of luck, you might even spot a lion stalking its prey or a leopard lounging in the trees. Dinner and a comfortable night’s rest await at Sangaiwe Tented Camp, where you can dream of tomorrow’s encounters with Tarangire’s incredible wildlife.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara – Karatu
Start with a sunrise hike in the Sangaiwe hills, breathing in the fresh air before departing for Lake Manyara. This scenic park boasts lush forests, teeming with monkeys, that open into grasslands and a vibrant soda lake. Over 350 bird species call this place home, alongside buffalo, elephants, and even the elusive tree-climbing lion.

Day 3: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
Depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park after breakfast, journeying through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Naabi Gate. Embark on an afternoon game drive in the heart of the Serengeti, the world’s most famous wildlife park.
Witness diverse landscapes and incredible residents – big cats, elephants, buffalo, and more. Dinner and overnight await at Osinon Tented Camp. Prepare to delve deeper tomorrow.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Embark on thrilling morning and evening game drives across the vast Serengeti plains. During migration season, these seemingly endless grasslands transform, teeming with enormous herds of wildebeest and zebra. Keep your eyes peeled for the park’s incredible diversity of wildlife – lions, leopards, cheetahs, graceful impalas, buffalo, a dazzling array of birds, and up to ten thousand elephants.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Manyara area
Breakfast fuels your descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO marvel likened to Eden. Imagine a colossal, collapsed volcano teeming with life. Vast grasslands dotted with watering holes unfold before you, sheltering nearly 30,000 animals.
Spot the Big Five – lions, elephants, rhinos, and more – amidst this wildlife haven. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then continue to the Manyara area. Dinner awaits at Escarpment Luxury Lodge. Dream of tomorrow’s adventures.
Day 6: Karatu – Arusha - Zanzibar

Unleash your inner beach bum on Zanzibar’s idyllic shores for 3 blissful days. Mornings are yours to design – relax on the beach, explore the island on optional excursions (extra cost), or soak up the local culture. Lunch is on your own, so discover hidden gems or savor favorites at your pace.
Dinner awaits at Fun Beach Hotel (half board basis) each evening. On your departure day, enjoy breakfast before cherishing some final leisure moments. Check-out is at 10:00am, then transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your flight home, carrying unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s warmth and beauty.
